About
Leading with flow.

I'm a global innovation leader and artist working at the intersection of leadership, creativity and human health. For more than 20 years I've worked across the United Nations, government, academia and the private sector.
Today I lead the Innovation Hub at the World Health Organization, working to scale innovation in public health systems and advance equitable access to frontier technology. Earlier, as Global Lead on Culture, I led the creation of WHO's first Values Charter.
What drives me is the desire to help unleash our full human potential, individually and collectively, to imagine and co-create the life and the future we want. This takes a different kind of leadership — stewardship and the ability to create the conditions for others to engage, be creative and contribute their fullest. In 2025 I received the Unsung Hero Prize at the Creative Bureaucracy Festival in Berlin.
These topics — leadership, creativity, innovation scaling, health technology and equitable access — run through my writing and speaking engagements.
I grew up in Denmark in a creative environment, which has inspired me ever since — in my professional career as well as my artistic practice.
I eventually trained as a social scientist (MA, Political Science) and pursued a career in international development.
All along, I've enjoyed painting. My abstract works have been shown and sold internationally.
The thread through all of it is flow — the state where people and systems stay open and co-creative while holding direction and purpose.
